Lady was really rude and every time I get a chalupa there super hard.
I've been to hundreds of these this one is super fast and the first time they grilled it proper and the second time was even faster and better. What an amazin crew. 5 stars all day.
I was in the Ames Taco Bell for 31 minutes before I was even acknowledged. People were getting orders before me that had come in after me I know I was seen because there was an employee in there with no hair net on or anything and he kept staring at me and that's crazy I ordered six seven-layer burritos I know I was seen before 31 minutes because I stood there and watched the people make orders and was never even acknowledged that I was even there. No hello, no nothing
I rarely come to tacobell because the quality can be questionable, however I went there today around noon, placed an online order. I went through the drive through and they told me the system was not working for the drive through so I had to come inside. No biggie. Took a few minutes for someone to help me. Not the best customer service if I’m being honest. I ended up waiting a good 15 minutes for my order with no one before me.
