Guy at the pick up window is very nice but is very dirty. His clothes are covered in debris. If this is how it looks customer facing what do the employees behind the scenes look like?
I purchased my food through the drive-thru, and my order was correct. The only disappointment was the nachos. They were mostly small, broken chips and crumbs that seemed like they came from the bottom of the bag. Disrespectful lol, but I didn’t have the time or energy to return.
Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I placed our orders last night 20 minutes before getting there, we get in the drive through and they tell us it’s not ready yet and to wait out in the front and they’ll bring the bags out. Okay, it happens, no problem I don’t mind waiting. What really upset me was the worker’s attitude.
