Ordered 12 taco got 11 ,also ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito never got it, and ordered a order of nacho fries didn't receive,and a cheesy roll up i never got. Epic fail im disputing the charges.
The food is actually as good as what you would get at any Taco Bell. The new Cantana chicken they do put it in a plastic bowl versus some of the Taco Bells put it in paper. The problem with this location is that you can’t wash your hands. They have to lock the bathroom and the workers have to stop working to unlock it so that you can wash your hands. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 10 minutes. I finally pulled up to the window to see if they're open, she then proceeded to take the order of the person behind me while telling me I have to drive around. The excuse was she had to change batteries.
Update on latest visit: I went inside and ordered my food through the touch screen. When my food came up I asked the girl for my drink. She informed me it didn't come with a drink, even though the screen asked me to choose a drink with my combo. I didn't think about it at the time and asked for a water cup. She got upset, but gave me a cup. Then it hit me. My combo asked me to pick a drink. So I got lemonade since they didn't have sweet tea. I hope I remember never to come back here.
