This Rivers Ave TB in North Charleston needs to do better.. I got the wrong order 3 times! Ordered a Mexican pizza with chicken and they gave me beef twice. They couldn’t get our tacos right. The burritos were messed up. Overheard some employees laughing when I said I was planning to write corporate.
Customer service wasn't good. They were high fiving and laughing about how they called out the order so quietly that we didn't hear it last night but didn't wait till both of us walked out of the door before doing it. We were the only customers in the lobby so it was obvious that the order was our food by the time we got it was cold. I would not go here unless you are starving.
Normally this location isnt great but the service was THE BEST last night! I hadn't been here in over a year. The food was hot and the lady was very nice.
