This location is absolutely ridiculous! My mother was just in there tonight. The drive thru was closed, and she was told to order inside. She put her order in the kiosk and sat inside for over 40 minutes. Several DoorDash orders went out while she was sitting in the restaurant, and the employees were doing whatever in the back. After some time an employee finally asked if she was waiting on a DoorDash order and she said no and that she ordered on the kiosk. The lady just went back to the back. Food is good. But the employees completely refuse to speak to you. They lock the door and block online orders if you come in the morning. Forcing you into the drive through to wait for 20 minutes... even if you're the only car there. They've done this for YEARS and I genuinely can't understand how it's legal. Will definitely be contacting corporate. Bc you don't even deserve to be open if you don't want any sales.
Literally the worst place I have ever been. Foods disgusting employees completely ignore customers and the whole place is filthy
I think yall night shift should quit and find something yall really like to do because yall make no sense up in there. The order was ready and i couldn't get non of these employees to come to the front. Food got cold just sitting there.
