I usually love Taco Bell, but this location needs to get on the same page with the rest of the chain. An item that’s clearly marked as discounted in the Taco Bell app (and available at other stores for that price) wasn’t honored here. The staff told me it wasn’t discounted, even though the promotion was running everywhere else. It’s frustrating when the brand says one thing and the store does another—it makes customers feel misled.
