They only have kiosks/screens to order, no actual person. I'm sure someone in 'corporate' thought reducing labor costs was a smart idea. I walked out and had lunch next door at Hardee's. I wonder how much Taco Bell saved on that transaction? Bad move Taco Bell, I used to love eating there.
Please bring back grilled stuffed chicken burrito. Thank you.
Got rid of all boxes besides classic luxe box, on top of making food wrong they continue to remove items from the menu. Disappointing.
