Could not believe how bad this place was. I couldn’t even go inside I planned to go here but as I was coming by there was a blond girl who kept coming out every 5 minutes to vape who I believe was the same person I’d seen getting upset with a crew member for a customer ordering wrong which was actually very upsetting to know that’s how the staff was being treated and when trying to call today about the person vaping out side I was sent to voicemail everytime no answer or response and as someone who had worked in a Taco Bell ... read more
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Burnt my chicken nuggs
Super poor customer service there was no customers in the lobby or drive thru and they were mad at me when I came in I assume it was because they had to actually do their job for once
