terrible customer service
Very bad experience at this Taco Bell location. The employee was rude, made my order incorrectly, and when I politely asked to correct it, she refused to help me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed she was the manager but refused to provide her name. In the end, I was not served at all. Completely unacceptable customer service.
