This is the best tacobell in buffalo. They give plenty of toppings, plenty of tomatoes if you order supreme, their nacho fries are super seasoned.
Came here on my lunch break took me 16 minutes to get there. They forgot my co workers taco, called and wouldn’t refund me for it over the phone. Literally useless.
Pulled up to drive through. I could see people inside but no one bothered to acknowledge me in the Drive-Thru even after a couple of minutes
Slow and terrible service. Ordered ahead on the app and waited 45 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. No communication with staff as they ignore you in the back. Avoid this restaurant.
Good luck getting any online orders because they don’t even do online orders they just do drive tru orders so annoying
