This place is Horrendous! The inside stays clean and service is okay but overall this Taco Bell is nothing compared to the others in the area. They also do not care about your concerns if it gets too busy for them plus never answer the phone😭
This taco bell is really good. Every time me and my fiancé come through the drive thru is has been hot and fresh even though there has been sometimes where the fries arnt full and are filled like regular even though we get the large all the time. We recently switched to pick it up ourselves because when we would order through doordash it would be cold and wrong. Will continue to come through drive thru. Amazing service and great food.
We had an order mix-up (correct sticker, wrong food inside) that we didn’t catch until we were 10 miles past the pickup location. Willy, the store manager, went above and beyond to make it right when we called. He was kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about fixing our experience instead of just apologizing and moving on. Me and my friends went through the drive through and as we came up to the window a worker named Kenny yelled at us and complained that we took too long to order and that they were on a timer and told us to take this more serious. I believe that this is entirely disrespectful and weird to say to a customer. I do not recommend visiting this taco bell due to this unprofessional and rude taco bell employee.
