Don’t use the pick up service here. Went to pick up some basic groceries before I headed over to pick up my order. Got there and the food wasn’t even ready. They said they were frying up a new batch. My order was sent in at 7:27pm and wasn’t ready until 8:08pm. Like the other reviewer stated avoid pick up from your app if you don’t want to waste half an hour waiting.

Just what we wanted.
I would strongly condemn going to this one particular taco bell in Morgan Hill. Very rude, unprofessional and untrained staff here that doesn't know how to take, talk and deal with a customer. And you will never get whatever you ask for here on this location. For example last time I asked for 2-3 hot sauces and the guy rudely drops the whole box onto my hand flooding my hand and the ground with hot sauce sachets.. today I ordered nachos bell grande and asked for some extra beef and all I got was dry nachos with extra beans o... read more
