I found Ta' Carbon by chance, while I was driving down the street and smelled the enticing aroma coming from the grill. I just HAD to turn around. I LOVE the freshly grilled asada tacos. I'm hooked. Now that I've been a customer for several years, the manager knows exactly what I am going to order, when I walk up to the counter.
