I'm a Realtor and recently worked with Zach on a home inspection with my in-laws. For all intents and purposes, they are first-time home buyers since the only other house they've owned was purchased in the 70s on the east coast. The entire experience has been new and a bit overwhelming for them and they had a lot of concerns. Zach did an exemplary, thorough inspection, answering their questions, teaching them a lot about home systems, and setting their minds at ease. Can't recommend Zach highly enough!
Zach was great! My first time buyer had questions about the inspection and Zach took the time to answer them all plus he explained stuff really well. Even I learned some things today. He was very thorough and took his time. Ill definitely be recommending Zach to other clients.
