When i first made an appointment they said they never had my appointment in the system so i stayed and waited to be seen. I was told by Dr.Norman that my Dental insurance would be covered for my initial visit with cleaning. I asked how much would i be refunded and he said don't worry i should get the whole refund back into my card. So thats why i paid the whole amount up front $262 dollars with my credit card for a just a cleaning.
