I don't how my experience would have been after waiting an hour in waiting room. I checked on how much longer the wait would, since they called a person that arrived thirty minutes after I did. I was told they were just entering my information and they did not know how much longer it would be. I left since I had taken time off for work. I am now getting phone calls that I missed my appointment.
