This place is the worst!!! I'll spare you all the stupid details and just say it took nearly 12 hours to change out a trailer tire. It wasn't a busy time and I even called ahead. I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. 🙄 BEYOND incompetence at this place!
extremely slow and they don't call you
the showers are very clean. the prices of food there suck, no discount for truck drivers. the worker put the 4 wheelers B4 us semi driver's hell if it weren't for truckers this place would not be here
all around is good but boy does that parking lot need to be repaired and the showers on the bottom floor are made for midgets great food
Small parking lot and it needs to be resurfaced bad. You could lose a truck in some of the many potholes in the parking lot.
Slow flow 35 minutes pumping fuel!
I had my truck serviced ta in Dallas TX. I realized that they put way to much oil in my engine. How a mechanic doesn't know how much oil a Volvo d13 takes is another wonder. I came to Ta in council bluffs IA to fix the screw up. Here they tell me that I must wait hours for service and that there's a lot of customers wait ahead of me. Do these companies not know what customer service is? I explained to them that I had the truck serviced before I got loaded and that I'm under a load now and that I'm on a tight schedule
