I contracted TA Kaiser in the fall of 2009 for $945 to re-route furnace and water heater exhaust ductwork that was where I needed to put a doorway for a basement remodel. I explained in detail where the standard 80" tall doorway would go and they fully understood the clearance with the surrounding framing would be tight.
