Very unprofessional. I went in for a consultation about my hair loss and was very disappointed. Before visiting, I had not even submitted any pictures of my hair loss so I figured they would look at it when I got there. I met with Dr. Beckenstein and before even observing where my hair loss was he immediately started spewing out what I believed would be the "best" treatment for my case.
