Best pasta I’ve ever had! Reasonable prices and great atmosphere!
I ordered delivery from here back in February but forgot to review the place until I just remembered how awful it was. Ordered a medium pizza, salad, and kids ravioli. The salad was beyond disgusting and that was after they had to remake and send it out again because the first time they forgot the meat and cheese....they sent out a salad with just wilted lettuce, olives, and enough dressing to drown the whole mess in!!! Not sure how this place is rated as well as it is. Food was awful! Worst I’ve had in a long time.
It was a Wednesday night and even though it was late, there was not enough wait staff for the line of people who wanted to eat there and the many empty tables. The food was good and it was a nice quiet atmosphere so that our family was able to enjoy our visit over dinner. The bar staff who took our food order and served us did a great job.
The waiter was disconnected, served us cold food, we asked why and he said “let me check.” Then he came and grabbed our plates to “take care of us” only for him to bring us back warm food piled on top of the cold food. Then, he brings the bill for $149 and did not even offer to “take care” of us. Sad thing is I came here a few weeks back and the service was so good I left a $100 tip on a $40 bill. I took my friends out for a night on me and was embarrassed.
Wait staff and hosts were not very helpful or attentive
Excellent food!! Service not so great. Our water was very unattentive. Waited for drinks to be refilled for a long time and for wine to be brought to us.
Sunday night of NCA arrived at 745pm. Seated ourself. Waiter promptly got us our drinks and took our order. 3 people in our party. Took over an hour to get our entree which was lukewarm, my daughter's pizza took and hour and 15 minutes. We asked about our salads when our entree was brought, said they would get it for us. I asked a waitress if bread came with meal she said she would get some, which she did. After finishing entree I asked what happen to our salads, they offered to take 2.50 off each entree. Busy NCA weekend but we were seated within 30 min rather than 1-1/2 hr wait. Toasted bread with cheese & marinara sauce was delicious‼️ Out of crab claws!!??!! That was why we went!! We all DID enjoy our dinner however.
