I have been disappointed by the Goodyear located at 1204 Forestdale Square, Birmingham, AL. 35214, twice (my fault for going back a second time, I know). But the first time was in 2000 when I took my vehicle for a minor repair that did not involve any under the hood work. I had always taken very good care of my car.
