I am sooooo dissapointed! Apparently this is our only cable option (we have always had satellite but can't get a signal here). Waited weeks to get hooked up and now we are told there are no converters available for the digital channels and have to wait on a list until they have more. This is 2017. What the heck???
internet and tv goes in and all of the time. you call for them to come fix it and of course they always claim its nothing on their end. today was that solar eclipse and of course guess what we lost internet and tv so we missed it. not to mention my daughter has work to finish for college that had to be put off because the internet was out for 3 1/2 hours. thanks so much for your wonderful service.
NO WARNING OR NOTICE of DROPPING CHANNELS!!!!! They just dropped FSNO (Fox sports New Orleans) as of Feb. 1st. Of course the CUSTOMERS HAVE NO HEADS UP OR CHOICE IN THE MATTER!!!! I can't find any other services that offer this channel.....also, internet service is WAY TOO SLOW for the $$$ you have to pay.
Once again channels frozen....on like tv and my recordings .....every week this happens
Complete waste of money, I've lived in Morgan City for long enough to know I could get better service else where, complete GARBAGE!!!

Fuckin garbage,too much money for too little service
I have the internet through them and pay entirely too much for speeds that most companies don't even offer any more because they are too slow. The only reason I still have service with them is because there is no other choice where I live. I had tv service with them and went back to direct TV because their HD wasn't true HD, and again for the price didn't get hardly any channels.
