CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS RUDE AND NEVER WANT TO HELP. They talk to you like you’re stupid. And they are ridiculously expensive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF I HAD ANOTHER OPTION.
Horrible services. Waited 2 months to get internet and still don’t have it. Long story!!!!
RecommendedPlease check your sound on the TV cutting in & out, WAFB 9 & WBRZ 2 and a few other channels, Also, is there anything you can to our internet up when the power goes out, I lived in another town for awhile and their system stayed up and running, this is especially need during storms. Waiting for a response from you! Thanks
Service is horrible and customer service is even worse. Internet goes out for a week, no one ever calls you back from the company to send someone out to fix the problem. Would not recommend.
After last weeks storm, one call and we had repair crews in our subdivision climbing poles in and out homes not giving up until we were all restored to service. This went on well into the evening. A1 customer service!! Techs were highly trained and knowledgeable!
Actually let us be able to watch cable tv that doesn't go in and out of service and internet that always cuts you off and on. We pay to much for this to only be able to use maybe half the service.... I call Cox cable all the time hoping that one day after hearing how BAD Allen's TV is they might just let me get cable through them....
Paying too much money to have the channels messing up all the time... Picture freezing up and black lines all the time...We need another cable company...
