I visited T-Town last week as a novice, knowing next to nothing. I had great service! They were patient, took their time and showed me many models and options for what I was looking for. There was no pressure to purchase my bike. This is why I chose T-town! They even installed my bike rack on my jeep! You don't find service like this everywhere.

Got some great service from Garrett at T-Town this evening! He fixed the issue with my bike, lubed the chain, and got me out the door within minutes so I was able to roll with the group. I appreciated that he showed me exactly what was causing the problem, and he even offered to make further adjustments if I wanted to come back when I had more time. ��
Very knowledgable! First experience buying a bike of this caliber and they made the process much easier! Jason taught me a lot in a very short amount of time, not just about the bike but about the sport I'm using it for. Their bike fitting is extraordinary!! Jason's level of expertise on bike and body geometry is exceptional!

These guys are true riders, racers, and a great team. They are great at "wrenching" and take the time to teach me what they are doing. I highly recommend.
T-Town is my go to shop. The expertise and quality of gear they have is hard to beat.
