RecommendedVery welcoming. I went in one day - first time in TTB - wondering if I could fit on a 61cm Tarmac. Jason took a few minutes to check the fit on the RETUL to confirm. Went back a few months later and ordered Tarmac Pro. After a few rides I decided to swap saddles so took it back and they did so and also tweaked the fit. Good guys.
RecommendedWhile riding bikes in Tulsa with my friend, my front tire busted. Luckily, I was about a quarter mile from T-Town Bicycles, so I carried my bike there. When I arrived and told the staff what happened, they took my bike, fixed it up and did a full check on everything else front to back to make sure nothing else was wrong. RecommendedI came into town from Wichita, KS to ride with a buddy, and decided it would be a good idea to tweak my front derailleur. Long story short, I messed everything up and was afraid I’d miss my ride. I took my bike to a place in BA, and they said they couldn’t help me for a week. I called another place, close to BA, and they said they couldn’t look at it in time. I took my bike to T-Town and Chris threw my bike up on a stand and had it fixed in about 5 minutes. I ended up making my ride, and had a lot of fun. Thank you!

I can't recommend T-town enough for a LBS! Their expertise is second to none, and their customer service is the best in town. I am a customer for life and recommend them to all my friends and family.
I've bought four bikes from T-Town Bicycles over the past eight years and countless inner tubes, tires and other equipment. The folks working there are the absolute best. They live and breath bikes but are never pushy to make a sale. I wouldn't shop any place else.
