I normally love this place. I just moved back to Green Bay and was excited to get my nails done for a wedding here because they do an amazing job and the prices are fair. Sad to say today is my last time coming here. I always ask for Tracy to do my nails because she does a great job. Today two friends of hers came in and she seemed to be rushing through my nails to be able to get to them. She also kept checking her phone while working on my nails, not very professional. Sorri u werent happy with our service today, Tracy has been informed and she was on the phone for a business matter. Your nails were $35 and your pedi was $30, total came up to $65 and you put a $5 tip, therefore your card will be charged $70. Thank you for your feedback, we will suspend Tracy for a few days for being rushy on your nails. Have a better day!

Horrible customer service, were treated poorly & the workers were very rude.
I had a horrible experience. The owner is so unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment booked for 7 people 2 weeks prior to our appointment. I was on barter and was bringing her 6 other cash paying customers. 1 week before our appt I asked if she had room for 2 more. She said no so we said no big deal. Then a few days before the appointment she said she had openings and kept asking if I wanted to add those 2 extra.
