Went for a pedicure and was told it would be shortened in length. I told them I didn't want my nails painted and that I was there to relax and for the massage. The nail tech I had was nice but the owner (I assume) cut the nail tech off when she was about to start my massage and said "no massage. We have more customers." The nail tech did ask if it could just be a minute and the owner still said no. I wish I was exaggerating but I was in and out in 10min and the owner told me it was still full price. Went today since it says they’re open on Facebook. The sign was on but the door was locked and no one in sight.

I enjoy getting pedicures when I can and this salon is the closest to my home well needless to say I will not be returning to this place again. The owner is not friendly towards customers or employees. The lady whom did my pedicure seemed rather "out of it" and rushed through my pedicure. She wasn't personable and the entire time I was there I felt like I was in an episode of Jerry Springer. I've since gone to the salon down the road and am very impressed. I wouldn't recommend this salon to family,friends,or co-workers.
I had a pedicure and shellac manicure for the first time here on Friday, October 21. Best experience ever! I have had pedicures at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas and on cruise ships and in several cities in the US, none were better than at TTNails Green Bay and a more reasonable cost. Thanks for the great service and price!
