absolutely ignorant. I asked before the service if I could pay in card and they said yes during service, the lady didn’t talk which I wasn’t mad at she was actually fine. It was everything was fine and then after the service I’m going to pay and I give her my card and she looks at me and I said I’m gonna pay in card and then I’m gonna tip you in cash because they had an ATM in therethen they both look at me in the head. I'm very happy with my service here. I've been to most local nail shops in the hermitage and feel that a spa pedi with regular polish for $35 here has been the biggest "bang for my buck" so to say. Their basic spa pedi included what most places would up charge for, they absolutely took their time. I got a spectacular in depth leg/foot massage that they did not skimp on at all. Staff is efficient and do great work, the shop is clean. I'm very happy.
