Fast, high-quality service, no appointment needed. Very reasonable pricing. I usually have to direct them a bit on preventive maintenance but appreciate they let me bring my own parts for them to install.
I had both rear brake calipers, pads, and rotors replaced here about 15 months ago. Since then, the car has only been driven about 3,000 miles. A Honda dealer recently found that the left rear caliper was leaking badly, which is a serious safety issue. The shop agreed to cover the labor for the repair, but I was required to pay $170 for the replacement caliper. I was told the manufacturer warranty on the part was only 3 months. I called, was told I needed cash, drove 17 minutes on a tire with a nail in it, called again to say I was 2 minutes away and past closing. Could they still do it? Pulled up: bing, bam, boom. $20. Drove home. The other people I called why were located closer to where I discovered the flat didn't follow up in a timely enough fashion. Oh, well!
I called and asked if they would use my supplied sway bars and replace the old ones while I waited. They did, gave me a price and I was back home within an hour. Fantastic. He showed me the old sway bars and they were bad. The price that I paid was even a little less then quoted. All good!
