There was a serious problem during the Memphis atheist convention. The people that ran the convention had to make repeated inquires to T-Star and remind T-Star of promises they (T-Star) made in regards to prices and service to the attendees of the Memphis atheist convention during Easter week. Repeated assurances was not honored within minutes after issued and so anyone dealing with T-Star should be wary of any promises of service and price quotes made.
We utilized this bus company on today and might I say we had above exceptional service. Very professional, kind, friendly, courtesy and above and beyond service. We cannot say enough about our driver "Ms. Bernice" she is definitely an asset to your company. She went above and beyond to make our experience a better than fabulous one. Very professional, polite and courteous to the passengers. Brian Hawkins was our (church) driver to Nashville, TN for a shopping trip and we were able to relax, while riding with him. We will use them again!!!!
