During these times, we were unable to receive a refund due to Covid-19. My church had planned a college tour, and had to cancel because of closures country-wide. We refunded the high school students and their families, because it was the ethical thing to do. I would hope this company would do the same thing, but they did not.
RecommendedI highly recommend T-Star Luxury Ground Transportation. I chartered a 40 passenger bus to travel to Indianapolis, Indiana for a family reunion. Venis Rice was our Customer Service Specialist. She was outstanding! She was very patient and professional during the entire planning process. Our driver, Thomas Dobbins was very polite, courteous, professional, and accommodating. He drove us safely to/from our destination. I will definitely use this company again.
I absolutely recommend T-Star! They hosted our group of travel professionals for several days in Memphis and a quick trip to Tunica, MS. Best believe we travel professionals were testing the waters to see if we can recommend their services for our travel groups :-) They also provides excellent service for our road trip from Memphis to Little Rock to Hot Springs and back to Memphis!
