Impersonal. They never made contact when promised. From the first call, to my many follow up calls to get someone out to take measurements for a remodel estimate, and into getting the actual estimate.. I made every call chasing around for information after they missed every promised point of contact and forced me to follow up again and again. After the person was finally out for measurements I was told I would get an estimate in 2-3 business days. After almost two weeks I had to call again to see what was going on. As with e... read more

T&S has done amazing work all throughout Springfield and the surrounding area they did a new roof on my house fixed my bathroom they fixed a house in our neighborhood that had some shady people in it and T&S fixed the whole house took the value of the house from $10,000 to $99,500 increase the value of our neighborhood If you have a honey do list I recommend T&S no job is to big or to small Thank You T&S keep up the good work
