Great food, wonderful outside dinning. Service was bit slow, but they were packed for dinner.

Newly remodeled T Phillips is making a real effort to fix any past issues . The staff is very friendly and the owner took the time to welcome us. After hiring a new Chef, The menu has been simplified and they promised to rotate new items in weekly .
