the only ones who are nice and do a decent job are Amy & Lisa but they’re always booked and there’s always long wait times even when you make an appointment with them. The rest of the staff is rude and unwelcoming and the attitude be so crazyyy. I had a horrible experience with one of the older middle aged vietnamese ladies late 30-40s with a thicker accent (which is fine bc I always try to communicate with them as best as possible) and an unpleasant attitude. Just don't go here. Attitude, and made ne wait an hour when I had an appointment. Update: three days later two nails fell off. I called about it and they hung up.

I’ve been coming here for years and my experience keeps getting worse. Their energy is unpleasant and they are mean. The only decent thing is the price and a few good nail techs (maybe 2 or 3) to which isn’t enough to let me continue coming anymore. I usually just ignore the attitudes and looks but i’m done after today, i will not be back.
