Sharif was efficient and very accommodating to us. We were purchasing 2 new phones, adding a phone line, switching a phone # to another phone, transferring data, and also trying out tmobile internet. Poor place, workers are miserable, not helpful, poor attitude, would not go back unless I absolutely have to.
Huge shoutout to Ghost and Sharif for the outstanding customer service today! They went above and beyond helping me get my business line set up, then took the time to help with my personal line as well! Making sure I got the best deal possible along with an upgrade.
