Katie gets the STAR but DAMN TMobile! This is ridiculous! This is my third time coming back because the line is so long and each customer takes about 25mins when all I’m trying to do is buy a screen protector!l T-MOBILE CAN AFFORD TO EMPLOY MORE WORKERS! The lack of customer service behind T-MOBILE HAS GOTTEN BEYOND LOW! You have to manage your own account on the freaking app no more live people and then every store only has one worker!
