Only If I can give this store a negative reviews. The employee has no understanding of any plans they all give you different answers. I bought a phone I was told I have 14 days without informing me about a restocking fee when I went to return the same day I was told about the restocking fee and showed me the sticker on the phone but I would only see if I was given the phone in my hand before opening the box and even after opening my phone was set up and in a bag without a receipt and a wrong plan and the phone was free but w... read more
Best T-Mobile store on Long Island! Very respectful people . Shailene & Jose we're very professional. I came in with problems about my bill and phone. Every issue I had they addressed it in a timely manner. I was in and out! They even got me a deal on my line and a new phone went over my bill with me at the end & I couldn't have been more satisfied.
