Twenty Two (22) years dedicated Sprint customer with same cell number now part of T Mobile. On my 70th Birthday my son elected against my will to buy me a new cell phone. Graduating from Galaxy S6 to the Galaxy A71. Ariel B. was a super gentleman, very patient , very professional.
