this store has the worst customer service ever. The salesman was obviously very bored with his job he didn't have much information about the telephones. My husband and I went in looking for him a new telephone i guess we didn't look like we wanted to spend a thousand dollars so he was preoccupied.The manager was rude. We left the store without purchasing anything and we have been T-Mobile customers for i can't tell you how many years. That's gonna change real soon.
