Horrible service and fraudulent. Went to change carriers. They didn’t port my number, added an extra line/ mobile hotspot which I didn’t ask for, and added a credit card number which was another customer’s. I had to communicate with corporate directly and almost contacted the FCC. They’re not even an actual T-Mobile dealer. Avoid by all costs.

Walked to the store around 12:50 today , There were 2 young girls associetes helping customers and another lady customer waiting in the store. No greetings for associetes, No "We will with you soon,". feeling very unwelcome.waiting in there for a couples of minutes. Then another man associete come in and I ask if he can help and He said I need to wait 2 minutes more, for him to help me. I understand everybody were busy but a welcome to the store made a big difference. Never come back to this store very bad Customers Services... read more

Had the best experience here! The store manager Jenny and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely patient. We are satisfied with our experience and the equipment we left with. Definitely recommend this place 10/10! Thank you so much Jenny and the rest of the team!!
