At the time I bought my last phone, I felt I wanted to try my first smartphone. I was not guided well or able to transfer my contacts from both my Google acct, and my Hotmail acct. and other contacts at the time so, I opted for a simple flip Phone LG , the only one they had in stock. Oddly enough it uses a standard Android USB cord for replacement , as I found out recently. After using the limited Gov't TracFone SafeLink , I may be ready for that Samsung or other product now.

My mom came in the other day because her phone was not turning on and she had no idea why. The awesome gentleman that helped her (she forgets his name) was so helpful and kind! He got her phone working again. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!
