I don't necessarily have a problem with the customer service I just have a problem with the long wait to pay my bill. They need the pay kiosk again.
Just got back from this T-Mobile in Homewood, AL and received the most wonderful customer service! While my mom and I both came in late to upgrade our phones, the two staff members there stayed almost an hour past closing to help us and were SO kind and funny. I unfortunately didn't catch their names but highly recommend this store!
Great experience as always. Stephen Ponder sold me on my first iPhone. I recommend Stephen because he is very knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously.
