After nearly 8 years as a T-Mobile customer with a business account, I’m beyond disappointed. Giovanni at the store was polite, but he couldn’t fix a major error with the promotional plan they offered me. The promotion was active for 6 months, but they didn’t apply it. Please do yourself a favor and go to another T-Mobile. I asked a staff member to tell me more about the features of a product and they said that wasn’t their job. Because according to them, their job is only to sell the product (now, how you sell a product without knowing the features is a whole other mystery to me). The manager was incredibly rude also Tbh if you can go to literally any other location, please do so.
