Awful. Been there twice to return phones per TMobile customer service and after waiting forever and told that everything was fine, was told they couldn’t accept phones that I was trading in for new phones that I have already received. 3 attendants kept asking each other how to do this. They have no clue!!!
I was sent over here for a phone and the employee lied to me and told me it was no phones available for me very bad customer service I’ll never come here again in my life
