Antes tenían mejores trabajadores….. ayudaban todo lo que podían y te daban soluciones en caso contrario. Ahora hay una tal Carolina que parece que le da pereza trabajar. No ayuda absolutamente nada y te manda a llamar a Costumer Service porque “yo desde aquí no puedo hacer nada “
