Sofia and Peter were very professional and had great customer service.
Worst T-Mobile in Miami hands down. I have been coming for the past three months trying to fix the extra charges that keep appearing on my account, making it up to three times more expensive than it should be. Despite multiple visits, no one has been able to resolve the issue. On top of that, there is only one person attending, which makes the process even slower and more frustrating.
