I would go to a different T-Mobile store if you can. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired, and the staff aren't very knowledgeable about the own phones they sell. I went in to purchase a new phone and asked several simple questions about the new iPhone I was getting. The staff member's response was "I have an Android, I don't know iPhones". Employee treats you as a friend and works out to get you what you need

It is very uncommon for me to go to a telephone service place and get the customer service and care expected. However this place was fantastic. Jay was the representative that took care of us in a very professional and effective way. Monica and Luis got involved some how in the process and they as well were outstanding. Kudos for this location, wish you the best in business. Keep the good work.
