I went to T-Mobile this week and had a less than desirable experience from a female employee at the store. It seemed as if she wasn't into trying to provide any solutions or customer service at ALL. However, Wilfredo was the complete opposite. Wilfredo offered multiple solutions to my situation and made sure I was taken care of. I strongly recommend Wilfredo when visiting this location.
