Did set up an appointment last night for next day at 5:30 pm. Waiting for about 45 minutes - nobody's here. Total waist of my time. Going to but a phone someplace else.

Unfortunatlly the day you tried to come we had to close the store do to a full cleaning that needed to take place at the store because of Covid. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe. RecommendedLastnight my boyfriends phone completely broke, I was not an authorized user on his families plan, but Diego who worked there was patient and did everything he could do to make sure I walked out with a phone very pleased with the customer service there and all his help, plus talked about where i worked and they found my sense of humor for my work atmosphere very hilarious! Thank you for all your help!
