Not very happy with this store .was having trouble wit wirelss internet went there they gave us a new gateway and said needed a different on that they only had in morehead ky an 1 1/2 away from us we made the trip only to find out the never had one. So the next day finally got ahold of tmobile customer service only to find out maysville never activated the sim card this store sucks very badly will never return to this store if it was the only tmobile store in 200 miles rating would be -5 if possible
