Worst location ever they do not help at all They will sale you a product and then tell you to go to a corporate store to help you bad experience will never shop here again.
I don't understand why these stores exist. They aren't willing to help with anything and will just send you to another store with the excuse that they aren't a corporate store.
I had a horrible time at this they lied to me about my account information making me get a new phone line when it was not needed to exchange phones. Told me i was given a free tablet line but i was actually charged for it when i didnt ask for it or wanted it. They are scammers a horrible time.
I had a very disappointing experience during what should have been a simple phone replacement through my insurance. The employees, Angel and a blonde, curly-haired associate, denied my exchange, claiming that my phone's lenses were scratched or broken. However, I have clear proof that there is no damage to the phone. That is precisely why I have insurance—to replace the device according to the policy.
