I will never go back to this T-Mobile authorized dealer and will only stick to corporate stores from now on. I went in simply to add a new line and get a phone for my son, but walked out with a phone I didn’t want plus two tracker accessories I never wanted or needed. When I asked for a pre-owned or older iPhone (since it was for my younger son and he didn’t need the latest model), the salesperson LLUVIA told me the only way I could buy a phone was if I also took the trackers. The representative Lluvia was shockingly rude speaking in a way that made it seem like she was doing me a favor just by acknowledging me. On top of that, the sales rep Tanya was equally unprofessional, showing no patience, no courtesy, and no desire to actually provide customer service. Sadly, it wasn’t just them the behavior seemed to reflect the entire staff, which made the experience even worse.
