I had a very disappointing experience during what should have been a simple phone replacement through my insurance. The employees, Angel and a blonde, curly-haired associate, denied my exchange, claiming that my phone's lenses were scratched or broken. However, I have clear proof that there is no damage to the phone. That is precisely why I have insurance—to replace the device according to the policy. This place scammed me! When I went to buy a phone there, the employee told me that I HAD to buy an accessory or they couldn’t sell me the phone. I was in an emergency need of a new phone and so, I did it. When I looked up online why this was done to me, it said it wasn’t a requirement and that it is an unethical sales tactic. I was lied to and when I contacted the store about it, they never gave me a refund. I got charged $65.69 for a SCREEN PROTECTOR that I could’ve bought for way cheaper elsewhere.
