Lots of free phones to choose from My husband and I went in there to get a family plan started and ended up getting that plus two free phones! The tip is to go to a T-Mobile store or call customer service and ask for free phones! They'll always try their best to accommodate your needs!
Good deals but the service was mediocre My wife and I went in there to sign up for the Family Plan and after 30 minutes of waiting, we finaly got a salesperson to change our plans to the FAmily plan. My wife also asked for a free phone and we got two free phones which was nice. The only complaint we have is that the people there were not very nice and we would have gotten the same good deal if we had called T-Mobile ourselves and wouldn't even have to wait 30 minutes for someone to help us.
