I've been with T-Mobile for more than ten years and they've been good..But I only deal with one indivisible who is always great. Other employees that I've dealt with have no idea of information they're giving and they miscommunicate info and causes customers to get pissed. I raise holy hell they know when I come in something better get fixed. Customer service is a joke, no one there and still had to wait and u can hear people in their back room laughing #goingtocalifornia #betterservicethere
Friendly service, and great deals going on right now. We were very satisfied, and love our new phones and service! Thank you Team Mobile.
The employee that "helped" me was condescending to say the least.. quoting wrong information.. " what's wrong? You're not happy?" Two for one visit.. first and last!!
